As a program of Humane Canada, the aim of the National Centre for the Prosecution of Animal Cruelty (NCPAC) is to make available various resources that include the most up-to-date information possible to assist Crown Prosecutors in achieving appropriate, consistent and proportional outcomes for animal cruelty cases.
